OCCAC Food Pantry Volunteers Filling Food Boxes

Volunteering at your local food pantry offers numerous benefits. It provides a chance to give back to your community by helping those in need, fostering a sense of connection and empathy. You’ll develop valuable skills such as teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. Additionally, volunteering can be a rewarding experience that boosts your mood and overall well-being, knowing you’ve made a positive impact. Plus, it’s a great way to meet new people and build lasting relationships with other volunteers in your community.

OCCAC is always in need of volunteers to help our small Nutrition team keep our food bank and food assistance programs up and running. Your help will be much appreciated by all of us at OCCAC and the community members we’re here to support.
